This guide is for all private sector businesses that want to apply to register as an RBCA in England and Wales under the Building Act 1984 (as amended).

•professional conduct rules (PCRs) in England and PCRs in Wales (on GOV.WALES)

•operational standards rules (OSRs) in England and OSRs in Wales (on GOV.WALES)
